I interested into Scarlet too, but I couldnt buy it now until year end due to loan issue.

I like Scarlet due to my preferred size of 24x70 for width, my ideal size since I know I not willing to pay more to stay into spacious size of 24x85 or 26x80 unless RM 800k, lol.

Actually 22x70 is my very min requirement due to only 2 of us plus my bro is staying and as long as, can park 2 cars side by side comfortably. In this case, Damai Residence by Paramount, haha.

Is Scarlet also non Fencing like Chimes?

Perhaps Phase 5 and Tropicana Aman, both below RM 900k and proper G&G suit me well because I know I not afford get Eco Sanctuary for luxury living.

Can anyone advise i am entitled for 90% loan under below conds?

First house: loan and spa are joint with my wife
Second condo: loan under myself, spa is joint with wife

I plan to apply 3rd house loan joint with wife. In this case can we get 90%?

SPA and loan agreement legal fees all by developer, except MOT ( target 3 years later only pay -strata title ). Construction period is 3 years.

Consider for 1M condition, you need only 50K for the down payment.  MOT at least 3-5 years later.......

For individual title, the same 1M you need to fork out 100K + MOT (another 30-40K)....... that's is a very attractive package.  Too bad I won't be able to buy another house with my existing commitment.....

I don't  care they sold out or not.  But if got 10 ppl ask me as the introducer then i will get 15k.....lol.  Dreaming..... ha ha

If balance units all increase to almost RM 780-800k, ( similar size with ) Wisteria then 23x80, G&G only 230 units with RM 880k and 4% rebates could be excellent buy.

I asking my friend to try luck on Wisteria tomolo, although the price tag scared him off a bit but I told him 23x75 would not a lot cheaper compare to 23x80 bcz 5" length not much diff, unless 2" width.
