Anyone rented out property after 1st April?
Agent told have to pay the 6% gst rental income during stamping of tenancy agreement itself... My question is, next year 2015 have to declare rental income? Again will be tax? |

For me, if buying property so close to HTC, fair price will be around 400k.
600-700k still high, buy chime better la |
