my experience with apple online store is they ship earlier than they estimated... for iphone 5 and 5S previously

Guys i ordered around 1130 today and it says delivers 19/11/2014 - 21/11/2014. That means im the latest i can get my phone is on 21st right ?I ordered 64 space grey. Why some of you have different shipping time whereas you ordered earlier ?

I think you all really a lot less stress compared to the other LYN members who pre-ordered from Maxis. Most of you...if not all of you are getting before them who are only getting theirs in December!

They changed ur date. U should call and complain. Why when make payment is 19-21 then after payment made beckm 21-24.

ip6 and ip6+ have different delivery time frame depending on the stock availability in Apple.

After you confirmed your order, you should get an email from Apple. Check the delivery date stated there.

Iphone 6 + space grey 64GB available to ship now change to 3 ~ 4 weeks

This one should be the highest demand on the market now

1st time buying from Apple?

Is normal for the date to be changed.
I purchased a lot from them especially ipad and iphone. When the demand increase suddenly, the delivery date will be changed, however usually 1~3 days late than the original stated.
But most of the time, the item will be delivered before the delivery date. (unless delay by courier side)

Recently bought iphone 6+, estimated 2 to 3 weeks waiting time. Original delivery date is 31/10/2014 - 07/11/2014, it got delayed after I purchased, changed to 02/11 - 10/11, but and the end, I got the phone on 27/10.

It's not normal when others have ordered the same items later in the day, gets an earlier delivery date.
To answer your question, this is my 6th purchase from Apple online Malaysia.

So chill bro, Apple trying their best to fulfil the demand.

anyway one two days I don't really care. If you read nicely, I was only asking why it shows 5-7days available and delivery date can end up as 2 weeks or 10 business days

I believe we ll get earlier than the delivery date. Because we are the early bird. If we didnt get, those purchase fr telco 1 ll be even worst. So give apple some time. We can happily wait at home instead of queueing at machines. Ha!

Tats my question oso, stated 5-7 days. But the delivery date is 21-25. Counting from today it is 15 days. Lolx. Wonder y they put 5-7days. But still we are the early bird, dun worry.

Got played by Maxis this time around so no more second time for me. Honestly Digi did a better job in pre-orders..I managed to get my iPhone 5 on the launch day back two years ago with no issues. Next round will try Apple Store...I've tried queuing for the phone @ Machines last year and that wasn't as bad as Maxis

Nice, Got update from Apple store that my phone is preparing for shipment. Hopefully can get within next week.

ahh yes finally it's preparing for shipment. got worried that the order might have gotten screwed up amidst the jammed server

I check back my iphone 5 apple store order record, please see the picture attached

Order on 14 dec morning, afternoon change to preparing for shipment, and i received on 17 dec. so definitelybwe can expect to receive before the date given.

if it's in the processing stage, you can cancel your order. however, if it has already entered the preparing for shipment stage, you can't cancel your order. but it takes quite a while to go from the processing stage to the preparing for shipment stage. like for me, i ordered it at 3.30am where the processing stage began. then at 6.30pm, after 15 hours, it proceeded to the next stage which is the preparing for shipment stage. from this stage on, you are unable to cancel the purchase. but as a reminder, the duration from the processing stage to the preparing for shipment stage might differ due to the online traffic and their server. i'm not too sure on that part. here's the excerpt;

"We’ve received your order:
We’ve received your order and will begin processing it soon! You can modify your order details once the order enters the processing status.

Processing Items:
We are processing your order now. You can modify your order details through online Order Status, or by contacting Apple Online Store Customer Service.

Preparing for Shipment:
We are preparing your item(s) to ship. While your order is being prepared, we are unable to modify your order details. Once your item ships, we will email you a Shipment Notification with complete order details.

Shipped:

hope this helps.

i read some posts (forgot which thread) that said some of the forumers got their phone shipped to them within 3-4 days after ordering it. then again i can't verify their claims as there are other forumers here that can post a completely contrasting story which may not be true at all. but to not raise your hopes too high, just set the furtherest duration that you can think of. hurts less if it ends up being posted later than expected.

if preparing for shipment means it will be shipped within few days right? mine showing estimated 3-4 weeks iphone 6+ space grey 64gb.. hopefully it shows preparing for shipment later too hehe.. pray hard lahh..

not too sure about the few days part though. might depend on your turn; the earlier you order, the faster it'll be shipped i guess. yeah just hope that the processing stage will be long. worst case scenario, you can just sell it off at the Garage Sale. i'm sure there would be tonnes of people interested seeing that everyone wants the Space Grey now.

ahh yes hopefully the same will happen for this year's model. that means it should arrive next week right? i'm okay with that, so long it won't be like 3-4 weeks. that'll be troublesome.
