My friend bought the place 500+ sqf with 3 rooms, the partition is soooo low quality and basically, a guy with 170cm height can just peep thru the partition, can you imagine how low is the thin wall MCT provided, there is no privacy at all, kitchen is dark like hell as all the room already taken up the sunlight, overall I don't like it !! Will go to see the defect parts woU my friend end of this month, will update here for us to prepare ourself for GP VP yo

Went to see see the GP progress today, everything seem fine, except the ugly silver box they build, I suppose that should be the gym facility, is not same as the Boucher we used to know.. Anyway, have you guys been to Taman Tasik Cyberjaya? I heard is a good place to jog and hang out in the weekend morning, but I doubt that MP Sepang got maintain it nicely or not, lately the road and greenery city view is getting worst, feeling like government not capacable to maintain the township, also the Sliproad to MEX highway is still no progress since Mar this year, everything is so slow and not effective.

Recieved MS Lifestle Magazine today, the physical quality is so low, also it double languages, English and Chinese, making it to become soooo Chinaman !!! Worst part is, GP is not inside the magazine, as if is too shy to announce to public and now worth to announce at all? GR and Clover have but why NOT GP? Is it GP not important to mention ??? wTH with this MS !!!!!!!

I received the revised letter from MS askin for RM500 for TNB deposit, so we just pay first? Dam disappointed with the change of electricity tarif from com to residential.. No sound no air ...

Anyone received the revised TNB meter deposit letter RM500? Are we suppose to pay first? There is no due date mention, what should we do?request change to residential electric from commercial is no progress... Haihz

Is there any way to control and to minimize PH nuisance in GP ? Such as in house rule apply by the management ?

I hope they can go rent at the place, D Pulse or shaftbury. I want to see which owner is stupid enough to rent to them .... After so many awareness created, I think owner should know the consequences of renting to those people, unless this owner buy GP without planning and seriously no money to pay installment. Also if this really happen, management should do something about it, for example provide the Passport#, photo, college details and other information, so if management detected something bad, kick him out GP, and the owner needs to do it him or herself ... agree?

that is why we need to know how many genuine owners there bought for stay? it will be minimal because the GP is designed for rental to students

Can the community control on the tenant? For example, provide full details of that's person to rent to management, so management can monitor. Actually, we should create awareness to owner to rent to the correct person, even though now with GP FB and This forum, I think only about 100/900 owners know and care about GP, the rest??? All think can flip money easily with such economical situation?

I hope the rejected tenants form The Place, the low quality one don't come to GP .... Is that possible to tenant needs to be interview by the community first ?

Hey guys, went to check on GP today, quite completed feeling. Wanna check with any Oxford buyers here, I realized only this particular block do not have Aircond compressor installed, and as I recalled, the MS sales person told me they will only free 2 units Aircond to my unit 450sqf private, but not included installation service, buyer will need to install themselves, any opinion, why other block have, not Oxford don't have?????

Any progress of the slip road to MEX, few weeks ago still no progress at all ... Sad ... I can never make it to PJ to work if stay in GP ... Help !!!
