Guys, instead of reading too much into the future, let's look back to current situation now.
I'm sure there are some newly completed apt/soho now in Cyberjaya. What's the occupancy like? "Confirmed" rental? (I had to emphasize "confirmed" as in actual rental that owner has agreed instead of "what agents were saying"). If even now CBJ is struggling to fill up the vacant units, I reckon it will be more difficult as xx,000 units coming in the next 5 years. I understand CBJ population is growing but rather in an organic way (I did not foresee a massive, sudden wave of people moving in, and yes, people in LYN is just a small sample). Let's take a step back and see the situation now. I'm interested to know, for example, how the residential units in Shaftbury are doing. Or some other completed, brand new residence / soho. Any ideas? |
