1). I think after the opening of D Pulze mall, the next to open soon is Centrus Mall (Perdana CBD3).
2). Went to cyber last weekend and noticed that autoville is 80%~ completed. Soon we can send our car for servicing there. smile.gif
3). SEG - Still plenty of landscape to be carried out and SPS really plants durian trees at orchard garden - wah lao eh. LOL
4). Anyone can share what's the latest on Liu Li Garden?

Went to Eco Majestic Semenyih and semi-D 40x80 is selling at RM 1.4mil with 3500ft2~
Oouch... since paying RM 1.4mil might as well top up a little bit to own a 41x95 in SEG somemore it's cyberjaya!
Imagine that :-
a). 10 mins to IOI Resort City Mall.
b). 20mins to KLIA / Mid Valley.
c). 25 mins to KLCC.
Surrounded by all mature township.

Both projects have their own pro and con.
Ask your bro to visit the show village to see the actual site condition and feel the living environment.

CCC and skyPark still long way to go.
Earliest is 2020+ smile.gif
D Pulze, shaftbury sq, centrus mall, SEG, Pangaea, SH, SR, Areca (west side of cyber) all will be a lively vibrant place to live, work, play and study.
Now the missing one is SRJK C.

Completed at 2017 however it needs few year to be mature and "Wong" so 2020+ is a good estimation.
