Dun waste money. Mix whey in a glass of milk, drink, sleep.

Lol really? Normally supps Always more expensive than food.

Try compare how much protein u get / RM 1.

Not to mention the extra nutritions in milk yet.

A scoop of casein sells at RM 3 averagely. 25g protein. Approximately 110kcal.

ONS whey sells at 2.70 per scoop. 25g protein. Approximately 110kcal.

A 2L of fresh milk like GoodDay, Farm Fresh sells at RM12. Each 100ml is 3.4g of protein? So 300ml is 10.2g of protein at the price of RM 1.80. 300ml milk is approximately 150kcal

Casein is 8.3g protein per RM1?

Whey + milk is 7.7g protein per RM1?

Ada duit, ada calorie quota, apa pun boleh buat.

The question is ... you think those 8-hours sleep without protein will ruin all your muscle gain?

Some believe, some don't. So just let them believe whatever they believe. Regardless, now I get hungry at 3 am if I dont eat before sleep.

i actually met one doctor yesterday at an event, he is very muscular and big in size. He told me just control your diet, take whey protein, fish oil, glutamin and dont waste your money on CASEIN.

Elite Dynamize Whey 10lbs (125+ servings) = RM 260


250g Nestle Milk (8.0g protein)(RM 1.225) + 1 serving Whey (RM2.08) (25g protein) = 33g protein (RM 3.305) = 9.98g protein / RM 1 with more calories, and many other nutrients.


Casein is 8.3g / RM 1.

If I worked out and eat a meal before sleep, no need casein or milk + whey.

If I worked out but no meal prepared, I will just take a bowl of oat, a banana and a casein, then sleep.

If I no workout and don't have calorie quota, I will just drink casein before I sleep.

If I have calorie quota and want to drink milk, I will put whey into milk. But those fresh milk is just too expensive to sustain. I need to cut cost hence I have not seen milk for a month plus now.

It is up to you on what you want to do with those food really.

If he wants to buy casein, let him buy casein. I honestly don't see the problem. It's good in making sludges with frozen fruit and stuff. Don't be so judgmental. As long as he doesn't believe it's a miracle supplement and uses it wisely. Why not?

Oh... nothing much. Deadlifting 535lbs, squatting 350lbs and benching 315lbs. Normal stuff like that. =)
