Bear2 after listening to your professional advise I decide not to buy PARC One South already, I now target Green view Residence, you think is good buy ah ? Got food & shops around or not ? Morning go city centre take how long if go out at 7am ? Awaiting your advise.. tongue.gif

He donno the higher the interest the higher qualifications people need to buy property, so even if owner increased rental, tenant had no choice but to pay.

Imagined stand 8 hours earn 'RM 40 a day, minus transport & chap fan lunch, take home RM 25, see also tears coming out.

I know someone who recently disposed a studio unit & earned 100K woh !

Buyer like it as convenient for him to go to work nearby, no need jam like crazy in the morning & can go back fast, surrounding a lot of facilities, don't like to rent room & shared house with people, his family at hometown, go back once a week, sometimes wife & children visit him can squeezed in no need rent hotel.

You Donno got such demand Mah ! If near city not hard to disposed one, ulu2 place maybe lah..

Bear2 I suggest you come to One South then see you can hear the sound or not, though my self think Fortune Park & East Lake look nicer but I don't regards this area as noisy as you described, since I frequent pass by this area.

I know you interested in this project as probably the most you can afford, not as high density & as jam as OUG Parklane, somemore many shops nearby.

Hantam One South here would not prevent the price from going up.

Probably the only hinders here is leasehold status.

Some people prefer lived near city & main road some don't thats all.
