Lower income group is never in the picture, they can only depends on the govt.
Lower Middle income group is the rent supporters lIke you, helping the owners paying mortgage while waiting for best capital gain to dispose.
Upper middle income group is the secondary buyer, helping owner to gain & buy more.
The higher you income the better you are shielded from inflation impact.
Which is why I told you these investors will be the last to fall, as they have property on hand which the middle income group needs, they have upper hand.
Now you see the top is many2 timee safer than the middle & bottom.
So you can dream on if property price going to drop 10-20% next year.
