Malaysia is starting to sell Verus from SME aka Sun-U . Saw their Verus Iron Shield with Sun-U sticker on it . Maybe can check out if they bring in Thor case

It seems only show it coming soon today. Last few days don't have as I do check it.

I never go ask the shop today, I check on Gear Fit and is the seller telling why not get Gear S but never told me got such promotion.

Hard format your phone by pressing Up+Menu+Power key. Format your SD card. Restore your contact and message or other messager history to your fresh formatted phone. Dont restore your phone apps from backup. Just do fresh installation. Do your favorite setting again for all new installed apps. Greenify all apps except messager. Disable all notifications options of most of the apps. Disable all the apps and bloatware that you dont need. Brightness adjust to -2 automatic. Sleeping hour time then change your phone mode to Ultra power saving mode. Setup your mail to scheduled sycn instead of push. Sycn setting enable only for all main email. The rest sycn setting to disable but depends on which apps is important to you. Surf web for long wise use power saving mode. Dont charge your phone at Fast Charging mode. i dont know it will give more battery or not but i just disbale the fast charging feature when charging my phone.

sometimes the shop may not know yet.. that is quite usual...

wah so much things to do... i rather use my phone to the fullest rather to be stingy for the power consumption.. beside I have 12 hour SOT for normal usage is good enough as I charge every night anyway. I also have in car charger so it shouldnt be a problem. unless I am travelling then will consider but when I travel i Use data to move around so it will come down to a power bank or extra batts to keep me moving.. looking at the usage my SOT is quite good so 2 batts will last me a whole day till night I am back in my hotel...

But great job on your effort on your SOT...

My SOT is always around the 3-4 hour mark
Maybe it's cause of my app syncs and constant LTE though

Oh and I poked around the settings and I notice there's even a doorbell detector

Hi tomboyed, could you test if your GPS works WITHOUT being paired to the phone, ie bluetooth off, or switch the phone off completely.

Run the Here app or the S-Health Walking, Jogging or whatever feature.

Some have reported it works fine and they can get a lock, some (me and Nephrite) cannot get a lock on.

Do they still have the baby monitor?

Cause I saw the app in TB for my Note II DN3

Didn't saw anything like that in Note 4 though

joytest I think after recent update makes my watch can connect GPS edi. ( it takes 20 to 30 second to search )

Now i can get GPS lock without connected to the phone.

I try off my phone and then launch the navigator apps and i can get GPS lock. S Health exercise everything is working fine now.

Previously cannot now can already. I try outdoor can get GPS when i walk into my house then cannot already.
