If a normal procedure, lawyer will only gave you the loan agreement after 1st disbursement.


In your case, you are taking 100 percent loan I believe,
For 100 percent loan, 1st disbursement will be done after mrcb reach 10 percent of construction,

In this case, current progress is less than 10 percent, therefore most probably your lawyer won't gave the loan agreement to you even is already stamped.

Until pr1ma request 1st payment or developer site has reached 10 percent of construction progress.

For 90 percent loan, It will be different story

There are 2 to 3 loan rejected units release to book for Block A. Block A is a open to the public but still under Pr1ma restrictions if not wrong. Grab it now biggrin.gif

FYI, block A price is 10% higher than Block B&C (Pr1ma). So after HOC discount the price still the same as those early buyers who bought without HOC discount.

For security services, we always can improve during committee meetings as other apartment residents do.

Not cheap but the price is lesser than other apartments around it. Hence, people should buy it for location and facilities around it. thumbsup.gif

Well, some you cant really control without huge extra cost. For example, lift access to different level than yours.
