If not because of the airport, why people want to go to BB? Plenty of land still available in Rawang..

Agree with u.

Spoke to many of the BB purchasers, many fall into the trap of the potential airport n government projects wannabe.

However, back then, Talam made a huge mistake which alerted a lot of developers, not to launch massively a single project with huge number of units in 1 phase and simultaneously.

Ayuh bro, let me answer u in newbie way then.

Airport or base can caused a lot of difficulty and nuisance problems to the surrounding area esp if housing area or township maker is very adjacent.

The air polution, noise pollution of the planes or aircrafts, the risk being of an area for aircraft landing & risk of crash and obstructed the view of the pilot or captain, the communication services of DiGi, TM, Maxis interfered the navigation and communication of the aircrafts and system upon departing and landing, etc.

Who is going to risk their life in long term staying next or very near to airport and which banks are willing to finance such hazard and environmental affected location prop?

That is the simple element why airport was built from the distance of matured housing area, city, away from highrises, and etc.

Thats applicable not only to our KLIA but other countries major airports.

Thats why we only able to see some factories near it, restaurants, hotels or motels.

Government will also nt willing to approved the DO to the developer for land too adjacent to the airports and must be within certain radar and heights of the building.

Guys, what is the fastest and cheapest way to get to EcoMajestic from Petaling Jaya area? I tried going there using Google Maps, i think i have to pass by 5-6 tolls...

If not mistaken, i passed by KESAS HIGHWAY, KL-SEREMBAN HIGHWAY, BUKIT KAJANG HIGHWAY?, SEMENYIH HIGHWAY?, SILK HIGHWAY? and still wondering how to go to the LEKAS HIGHWAY or did i use it but didnt realise...

I have to go through all those highways mention above before reaching EcoMajestic, i wonder is it Google Maps recommended the fastest way or is there any other fastest and less tolls way?

Tenby? What's the fees like? Last time I checked few International schools fees, 40 k ++ per year, that's too much for us. Don't wanna end up selling property to pay only high school tuition, still hv to think of college tuition fees later...

Not too sure about the fees and the other details but you may check from their website (http://www.tenby.edu.my/search.php). Seems that the fee is around RM23k - RM30k p.a. for secondary level (for their campus at Setia Eco Gardens).

Other than the fee, perhaps you should also need to call them to check when the school will be ready.

Let say you stay in Jalan Gasing PJ area, you can reach Semenyih via Federal Highway-East West Link-Grand Saga Highway-Semenyih By Pass-Lekas-Semenyih

You only need to pay RM1.00 toll at Batu 9 Cheras not 5 to 6 tolls.

Hmm, thanks for the info...looks cheaper and abit faster than the way i took @@ Lol..

What if from Paradigm Mall go to EcoMajestic, use this way or is there another alternate way?

Wonder by using the Federal Highway route as u mentioned, will it be very jam during peak hours? Because the route i use although need to pay toll kaw kaw but traffic so far so smooth, i doubt will jam at those bigger highway right?Hmm...

If from Paradigm mall, u can use the same route as share by Palmwalker, less tolls but I nvr try bfore.

Unsure whther it would be jam from LDP to Federal Highway during peak hour but Sunway interchange would be jam but after that, it would be a lot of cars and after Mid Valley, it would quite smooth.

I also regularly travel thru Kesas, Sg. Besi Highway, Silk before to EMSO. Pay 4-5 tolls I think. But quite smooth. However I notice from NPE to Sg. Besi highway required me more tolls but smooth all the way.
