They will be there for long.  Unless they want to attract bad publicity of how the amenities and infrastructure are maintained, they will step in to ensure things are kept properly and in good conditions.

Guys, what is the fastest and cheapest way to get to EcoMajestic from Petaling Jaya area? I tried going there using Google Maps, i think i have to pass by 5-6 tolls...

If not mistaken, i passed by KESAS HIGHWAY, KL-SEREMBAN HIGHWAY, BUKIT KAJANG HIGHWAY?, SEMENYIH HIGHWAY?, SILK HIGHWAY? and still wondering how to go to the LEKAS HIGHWAY or did i use it but didnt realise...

I have to go through all those highways mention above before reaching EcoMajestic, i wonder is it Google Maps recommended the fastest way or is there any other fastest and less tolls way?

Very subjective.

The portion to rent in Semenyih is very low and even lower for those desperate to rent in Semenyih. Thats the fact today.

We also can look into the fact of below ;
10 years ago, not much people is willing to rent at the matured location of Kepong or Menjalara unless below RM 1k, and a lot of people said, who is even willing to rent Desa Park City, which was even deeper into Kepong and on the mining land and sold at so high price ( compare to best location of Menjalara back then )

Fast forward to 3-4 years back and DPC very matured and successful, why some expats and some pros willing to pay so much btw RM 5-7k just to rent in Desa Park City but why not RM 1.5-2k in Kepong?

If we have to see into next 10 years, by 2024, I believe Eco Majestic would be more than 50-60% matured ( based on the speed they intend and EM is more than twice bigger than DPC ) and I would say Eco Majestic / Setia Eco Hill live up their own township and the area of Semenyih rather than people think they stay or rent in Semenyih.

That's what DPC did at Kepong area and how Bdr Setia Alam / Eco Park self contained twonship rather than being involve together with Klang although people described Setia Alam is Klang border or secluded Meru area during the first launch.

KUALA LUMPUR: Eco World Development Group Bhd (EcoWorld) recorded sales totalling RM3.18bil in the 13 months ended Oct 31, 2014 – exceeding its intial target of RM2b for its initial FY2014 target.

The company said on Thursday that of the RM3.18bil, a total of RM3.02bil was contributed by projects launched under EW Sdn Bhd. They are EcoSky, EcoMajestic, EcoBotanic, EcoSpring and Eco Business Park 1.

Its initial FY2014 target was RM2bil, which was set on a combined basis with projects launched under Eco World Development Sdn Bhd (EW Sdn Bhd).

EcoMajestic launched several other phases with continued success. The project, which is in the Semenyih corridor, recorded RM753mil in sales and they comprised of terraced units, semidees and bungalow land.

EcoWorld’s flagship township development in the Klang Valley, EcoMajestic would unveil its all of its new sales gallery and show units on site by the end of November.

"We are extremely excited about the opening of the show village as well as our 30,000 sq ft sales gallery.

"We look forward to welcoming our purchasers to the EcoMajestic show village to see for themselves what has been created on site," said Chang in a statement yesyerday.

anyone can confirm or heard that UTAR going to built a campus in fornt of nottingham uni? Cause the sale person told me that .

amazed that uTAR will be in semenyih area.

Initially i heard the news previously but not sure if any delay or postpone on this.

If this is going to be true, then perhaps highrises near Nottingham can be do well bfore the price catch up with Setapak or Subang area in the future. Kekkekeke.
