Yup depend on MPKJ alone will lead to repeat what happened to Villa Laman Tasik Townhouses in Bandar Sri Permaisuri, Cheras ...smell that wafts into their houses after a downpour and the sight of plastic bags and rubbish floating on the Sri Johor Lake.

I believe Ecoworld will be better than Glomac in this matter.

Let say you stay in Jalan Gasing PJ area, you can reach Semenyih via Federal Highway-East West Link-Grand Saga Highway-Semenyih By Pass-Lekas-Semenyih

You only need to pay RM1.00 toll at Batu 9 Cheras not 5 to 6 tolls.

That's what DPC did at Kepong area and how Bdr Setia Alam / Eco Park self contained twonship rather than being involve together with Klang although people described Setia Alam is Klang border or secluded Meru area during the first launch.

Tiara South dining hall is higher than living hall, this set up similar with SHL design doh.gif tongue.gif

This is 2009 news, I think superseded by consolidation of UTAR in Bandar Sungai Long. UTAR Sg Long new campus will be ready by May 2015, 12,000 students capacities.
