My Z1 lens cover dirty and something like the coating wear out. I use the tooth paste gosok it for a good 5 minutes with my finger and tisu paper. After wash the lens become clear back. Maybe you can try at your own risk. It work for me

Someone's Z1 fall from 3rd floor to ground. Frame is ****ed up but screen is still fine.

but from pic its still total loss laugh.gif

but i believe the frame quite sturdy because i dropped 2 times to ground
only frame scratched and got dent at the corners

Yes, considered total loss because of strong impact.
Falling normally leaves scuff or dent because of small impact.

My phone fell and now back panel glass broken, body bent.
Sent to Penang service center, the lady said it will normally cost 80% of the phone's price...

Time to consider z5, i only hope that the price below 2.5k...

For malaysia, yes. Other countries had 5.1.1

Mine too. Exact same scenario. But other Z1 owner don't really face it.
And i lazy to do factory reset cause need to backup-restore and reinstall...

Sorry for the late reply. I gosok from outside. Didnt open any back panel cause don't wan spoil the waterproof seal
