are u using the latest version of flashtool? latest one is 0.9.19.x.

also try reinstall the driver from the driver folder and restart your pc.

oh... actually i used 0.9.19.3 on my old windows xp and it flashed ok

maybe you try reinstall the driver and restart your pc. that's what i always do if i face problem flashing.

some say flashtool having issue with windows 8.1 also. not sure if that's the cause of the problem

I successfully flashing my C6833 on Windows 10.
In case if it won't work, try swap USB slots and use the latest version of flashtool.

Hi guys, I've problem on new update 5.1. Battery drain so fast at night, sometimes it already switch off in the morning. Anyone face the same problem?

Flashed 5.1.1 because tired of waiting for the MY to be updated. So far so good. Battery life works fine, no more sudden backlight when waking up the phone.

You need two things, flashtool and ftf file.
