Sdp put on hold many of their property launches due to slow market. This serenia city DSL will be the next hot buy near erl stn n mrt2 stn not far away

Got other townships nearby too like kota warisan, sunsuria city, warisan puteri etc. New area 4 sdp sure they launch d price low but 536k is a damn good buy 4 a 20x70 dsl
