Quick little Utar Kampar history.
1st Semester for Degree batch(2nd year Utar open in kampar), Pj campus start allocate to kampar-->no car at all, bicycle more than cars. People cn cincai park on the street, drive zig-zag also not a problem. Only few shops opened, no Tesco yet.

2nd Semester, tesco open. Commie doing quite well as population of students/cars increase dramatically. Utar need to increase parking lot in school.

3rd Semester, need time to find parking on the street, inside school need to find parking. Cars n peoples everywhere. pasar malam size x3 compare to 1st semester. Parking lot in school start facing insufficiency.

4th and onward, price for everything inflate, demand of stay/food everywhere in kampar "new town".

Before i left, friend told me rental per room for new block reach 600~700 in westlake. 1block comes with 10~13rooms. <--cnt really remember the exact number

In conclusion, Population of students decide the fate. Also kampar diff story, they didnt provide any hostel.

Looks like Xiamen U in Sunsuria City is part of Precinct 6 Suria Serenia? SDP oredi sold their 50% shares in JV Co that own this Suria Serenia to Sunsuria & Sunsuria renamed it as Sunsuria City, so I wonder why SDP still put it as part of Serenia City?

No news on launching but looks like sdp will not sell it to a china developer based on d comments from d ceo. Another big township from sdp after elmina
