The location much better than MCT Sounth (ex mining land) and Glomac Saujana KLIA project (noise pollution from aeroplane path).

Just hope when they launch their DSL, the price won't be that high like IOI.

Sime Darby never price their property cheap too. Nilai DSL also 500+k since few years ago, so don't expect it to be any different than IOI prop.

a lot of lands/properties in putrajaya and cyberjaya have trouble being filled up. hope this won't be a white elephant ie oversupply.

Yes, SDP is taking their time to launch SC, so my guess is it will be not less than 650K for their 1st phase DSL.

I think they are waiting for Xiamen U and/or KLIO to open 1st, then only launch the residential props so that they can launch at higher price.

I dont think there will be oversupply here as the land is huge, so SDP will definitely launch lots of landed props and landed props have always been in good demand as compared to high rise props.

wow any1 paying 650k fr sepang is jus wow! moreso for those buying fr investment cos MOST senior management, pilot stewardess live far away frm sepang.. If family rent terrave here 800 can la.. 1.5% return!

Many gov servant who worked in Putrajaya lived in kota warisan/salak tinggi/sepang area...i know some people worked in Cyberjaya lives there too..

U sure most senior management, pilot & stewardess live far away from Sepang bro? hmm.gif With SKLIA & BPW coming up and now this SC, I thnk more will move to Sepang area in the future.

yeap..unless strong retail/commercial cn come in its gona be hard to secure them..either way its just a small pool of ppl only.. will b interesting to see when klia3 opens.. 2020 perhaps?

OK ma stay in Sepang, can go shopping in MOP and in future KLIO! Can buy lots of branded goods at discount also! biggrin.gif Some more can send kids to XU in future! icon_rolleyes.gif

The Salak Tinggi ERL station also nearby so can go to KL easily no jam.

It takes time bro for new township to be fully occupied, if the location is good with nearby amenities like MOP, KLIO, ERL station, XU etc sure more ppl will move in.
