my friends tell me that Sime project in Nilai can not get a good sales.... still got many empty lot unsell, is that correct??

their previous launch Delfina Quatro at 588k already sold out..they will launch new phase meranti at minimum 638k end of this year

you wont be able to see the site if you travel from puchong skve to klia. see the diffefrent?

When is the KLIO expected to be open? Have the construction even started?

yea kwasa mainly for high rise, for landed probably I don't think they will build 2 storey link house, most probably are those high end 3 storey or semi-D

base on the master plan they shared earlier mostly are high rise

Look at how they develop BBR with over 5000 acres, one year launch 2-3 phases of landed and each time the price increase by maybe 20%-30%, sure make big money lo!

Yes boss, should be Ampar Tenang. SDP sold the land to KLIO to start this new township. I wonder when they will offiicaly announce & launch to the public? Should be early next year I think?

but their previous project like "Denai Alam" quite successful ma

SDP only have 2 projects in Nilai ie Nilai Impian and Planters' Haven - not sure about PH but I think their NI project is quite good in terms of sales, I think most of it sold already due to the low prices of the DSLs.

not that poor la..it just that it's sales not as good as Elmina, semenyih or bandar rimbayu..my friend bought that place..i think they need to come up with some good place to live..more environment friendly i guess..
