Hey guys, I'm currently on P148 plan. May I know if the rm128/mth plan for iphone6 plus worth it? Thinking to get an ip6+ but not sure if I should go for with plan or device only.

For 2 years plan. U Shd just pay 250 advance payment n rebate over 10 months. Sound like u've paid RM250 + RM150. Also, there is no such thing called MNP charges. If they charge U this charges. U can just bring to nearest celcom centre to ask them clarify.

Also, u Shd receive rebate of RM35 every month for 10 months as iphone 6plus device discount rebate.

There r 6% service tax for their charges. N u need to pay stamp duty as well for 1st month.

Oh okay so yours is the RM250 upfront payment, but like mamamia mentioned, looks like u've paid RM150 extra which is the advance payment amount for 1 year contract users.

Yes RM 25 x 10months is my advance payment. However, the day I take my phone I haven't porting out from Maxis, so they said if any customer want to take the phone they will give them, will not reserve for me. So I have to pay the extra RM150 deposit for that. I received Celcom sms yesterday that Celcom received my payment of RM 78 and RM 150. Let's see how it reflected on the bill then.

Btw may I know how they stated the advance payment rebate in the bill? Because I got one overdue charges of -RM250.00, I scare this is my advance payment rebate that they already potong at the beginning. lol

Rm25 for 16gb /64 gb, rm35 for 128gb iphone 6+

150 Shd be deposit which keep in Ur acc. Coz normally U no need to pay deposit unless u want international roaming. So, they will pay back the rm150 deposit to u only if u terminated/ end of contract with them.

Some dealer really ***t. My wife only can get her phone if only take plan from 98 and above..really ayam dealer!

That's why always get it from their own shop not dealer. How to identify? Just look at their signboard, if owned by XXX Sdn Bhd means not theirs. It's sometimes tedious but saves you a lot of misery.

How come celcom data usage so fast gone. I sign the contact at 19 jan. Most of the time i am using home wifi. When i go out only used my data(fb,instagram) and no youtube. Less than 2 week it say i am used of 80% usage. I check data usage left 200mb but my iphone say i am just using 500mb.

I never bother the 80% usage SMS...
Type 'Vol status' & send to 22188 will show more accurate data...

it real...the try vol status and it tell me left 2xxmb...tmr want to call celcom n make a complain d.

Almost all celcom centre here doesnt have stock unless for 16gb..not choice..has to queue if want to take from celcom centre..btw,the dealer shop just beside celcom centre :facepalm:

First bill cycle is pro rate calculation. So mean whatever package you signed up will be divided by the remaining days till bill cycle from your actual plan. Do check it out

just now online asking d. My cycle is 3rd feb. i only know got pro rate calculation but not sure i can used my free 1gb data or not

Was charged RM13x by celcom on my wife's life and RM8x on mine, billing date on 28th, no idea why they charged so much as both of us are using the RM78 package only. Have to wait till the itemised bill comes out then only can call up 1111.

Itemised bill is sending via email or to our billing address? I haven't got mine since 24th billing date. Lol

my ip6 got problem...celcom say need to send to AASP.sigh.

my front camera doesn't work.although i rarely used it.
