telco set should go to telco .

Went to telco but they ask me to go machines. I am curious that's why I asked them. But celcom staff insist.

Last time when I had problem with my iphone 5, I had to go back to celcom. Remember sending it through blue cube pavillion which took about 7 working days to get a replacement phone. Kinda fast if u ask me. That time iphones still come with telco service card.

As for now I'm not to sure whether u can claim warranty at apple authorised reseller as since iphone 5s, telco sets do not come with their own service card anymore. Shall u wanna try going to a reseller, I suggest mac city rather than machines. Read abt subpar service somewhere from this forum when it comes to claiming warranty.

Hi bro, mind to share? Mine FOC 1GB doesn't kick in automatically. If you said we need to do this manually as purchase, how does it charge or reverse in our bill?

It will be charge to your current bill & can be seen in your itemized bill later on. But since it's FOC, should not be a prob

I see, thanks for your reply. My previous bill was charged with the name 'one time charges' Rm15. Asked the CS agent, they asked me to pay the bill first and they will investigate and rebate in next bill.

Yeah in the end they ask me go to Celcom blue cube at pavilion, the garden and Iconnect opposite sunway pyramid. ==. Now I should further monitor my phone whether need to go through all the hassles for warranty claim. Lol

I am worry this as well, asked Celcom staff and all they tell me is wait for my first month billing date. I already paid extra rm78 adv monthly payment and rm150 service mnp charges. They said will credited back to my account.

hi guys, wanna ask about Celcom 4G/LTE. Because I just port in from Maxis to Celcom, previously when I am with Maxis my iPhone 5 show LTE, but after port in to Celcom, it show 4G.

I wanna ask for Celcom, 4G = LTE? or their setting is 3G < 4G < LTE?

Yes for maxis = LTE, celcom = 4G. Basically the same thing just diff terms.

4G / LTE show up on your screen is design by the phone provider, i put maxis on nexus 5 it show lte logo, put on honor 6 it show 4g logo.

Not really, maxis sim shows LTE on my old i5 while celcom sim shows 4G. Doesn't only depend on phone but also service provider.

This is my first time using Celcom because of iphone 6 plus , ported from digi on 11 Jan 2014 , in less than 1 week i got my bill , it's a whooping RM267.75 ( minus my RM150 advance payment , i still need to pay RM117.75 ) had you guys experience this before ? (btw , i have mobile internet data plan because of the iphone 6 plus plan )

1st bill will be more expensive. Coz they charge 2 months call plan commitment.for current month n next month. But, u still have to check the actual billing to enure the correct billing.

First month is pro-rated amount + 2nd month plan full amount + stamp duty. I think your total bill is RM 117.75, not RM 267.75 due to the advance payment you paid is rebated RM 15 for 10 months.

Just frustrated with celcom .. Pre order for 2 month nothing updated , go to curved bluecube , got stok silver but need to add extra buy casing and screen protector.. WTH ??? Somemore need add 2% for credit card use ? I'm more WTH+WTF !!!

Lastly order online , waiting 2 days only , walla my new gold IP6 safely arrive at my home 😁

You're not alone. We should file a complaint to Celcom that their bluecube or reseller sell phone in bundle. Just screw them already!

No use. I complained b4. No follow up email after I receive auto acknowledge.

You're not alone as well. I emailed them before and in their system got mentioned within 2 business days they will get back to us. Hell is that. They never even bother to reply until now. Suck-est customer service.

Hahaha, luckily I got my iPhone from celcom xclusive without bundle.. So I don bother to know whether they reply or not.. Their cs level is as bad as umobile..
