Got myself a 6 plus 64gb space grey today at time square kl. Actually I am just gonna ask for fun whether they got stock or not. And surprisingly they have. I also taking the rm78 is plan. The problem is they insist on the bundle have to buy a case and sp from them. Well I don't want my phone to be naked so I am ok with that. And I am yet to porting out from maxis thus they insist on additional rm150 deposit that will account back to my account plus a rm78 first month bill deposit. I was stunned that I need to pay so much for that. Sigh

Is it really compulsory to buy a casing and sp from them?

When I asked them, the staff said wait I check for you. Then moment later they left last space grey and gold 64gb 6plus. Soon after I decided to take the space grey the gold was taken by somebody else. They still have few 16gb variant. I don't think it is compulsory to have that bundle, they just want to earn more I think. Sigh. But well I am not sure I am lucky or not for those extra charges. This is one hell expensive phone I ever bought.

No it isn't. In fact all msian telco iphones are unlocked.

I suspect my iphone is celcom locked. No options to search for carriers in the settings.

Let me repeat again, none of the msian telco sell locked iphones.

Why would u want to search for other carrier? If u insist it is under settings->carrier then off the automatic toggle. A list of other carriers should appear.

I know, the 'Carrier' selection is not visible to be select in the setting menu.'Personal Hotspot' selection also might not be available at the same time.

I think it's a glitch from the iOS. Happened to me few times before but only when i turn OFF back the airplane mode after landing at either the international airport or after back home at KLIA. I just ON & OFF back the airplane mode or reset the phone (pressing both lock & home button). Hope this help

Celcom having good network coverage ...but bad customer service =(

I just check the same method you does. I am under the RM78 6 Plus plan. My 1GB is not FOC ==. My 1GB is RM15. I just porting out on Saturday, just get to connected to Celcom Sunday night. Already register Celcom online account but cannot see much info there. Am I still need to wait for them to process it? lol

Not sure bro. You might need to wait a bit as i also got SMS replied from celcom like that too (not FOC for 1GB) in the 1st week of the contract.

Called celcom & they said, as per the contract. I should not be charge. I didnt purchase at that time as i was just testing.

Yea I was trying also. So quite curious why need charge rm15. Maybe as you said they not yet update in the first week. Thanks man.

6+ 64?

I got issue with my celcom 6 plus 64gb. The safari crashed until I can't turn off my phone. But if I leave it there for around 15 min (not sure how long time), it seem to have auto restart. As by the time I drive home, it took me around 15 min to reach home. Is it hardware problem? Shd I send to celcom for warranty? I think my whatapps also hang sometime. Where the keyboard not pop out when I tap on the message column. I need to press home button n open the app again only can tap on it.

I just check via Celcom online account that my device IMEI is wrong. What should I do now? lol
