Please survey properly for this property before buying. I have friend who place booking for this property but upon sign SNP the price increase for the unit he booked so can say this is cheating ppl to buy with "cheaper" price.. |

I went to the developer office this morning to pay up the 2a stage billing .The person in charge also let me know that stage 2b billing will be in two to three weeks time .
