Hi can I know if anyone here faced the speaker vibration problem on Ipad air 2 then managed to get a replacement unit? Did the replacement unit solve the problem?

I understand that the vibration is due to the thin design, therefore I am wondering if request for replacement unit will help to solve this hardware faulty?

Hi, in Settings > Photos, i don't have the option to enable iCloud Photo Library?

I have an issue with my new ipad air 2. I can't seem to connect to my mikrotik RB951G-2HnD.

It always say password incorrect. But i use the same password on other devices. e.g ipad 2 iOS6/mba 2014 /4GS/note2/ipad mini iOS 8.02

Even upgraded air 2 to 8.1.1 All no luck. Power recycled/reset network *which i think no point as i couldn't connect to begin with*

Here is the thing though, it can connect to my YES mifi and hotspots.

Yes, it looks like its working.. but urgh.. sucks to not able to connect to home wifi.

did you already enable iCloud in the first place?

might join ipad air 2 family soon, waiting my case come first..LOL

Navigate to Settings > iCloud. Make sure you're properly signed in. Then tap Photos. It should be the first thing on there, "iCloud Photo Library (Beta)". Try signing out and in again if its not.

I have checked few units last weeks at The Switch and Harvey Noman in Penang. None of the Ipads have distortion problem but still have sound vibration.

just went to test the feel of this air2, and they put side by side air 1 and 2, what i can said for this air 2

super duper thin and light

touch feel better than air 1

other than that especially on colour and performance not much different

think to buy it on next month red friday

i went to Pavillion & Mid Valley to test Ipad Air 2. Both got screen distortion when touch on back and vibration too.
It light weight.

just got my ipad today by DHL, ordered on 3/12/2014.

In fact I can get it by 6/12/2014 if i didnt choose to ship it to office address. Include engraving only took 3 days.

Hello guys, I'm using iPad Air 1'and I'm thinking to update to air 2, is it advisable? One of the top main reason I would like to upgrade is the 2gb ram on 2 and my safari keep on crashes on air 1 due to low ram. Advice guys?

Scheduled pick up return today by Apple, however, waited whole day, no courier came to pick up.
Called Apple, they have no idea why courier doesn't come, had to reschedule me again for the return pick up.

So far, the experience is getting unpleasant...no replacement until the return iPad reach their warehouse in SG.
Sigh...I think probably next Monday can only get the replacement if the next scheduled pick up does happen...

The distort problem only happened at the right side. SO did you checked both side?

Woah, sorry to hear that. So have to wait for a week again How come not tomorrow?

My previous iPad also same thing...arrived dented out of the box on the right side also.

They said only can arrange the courier at least one day in advance, therefore tomorrow can't as is less than 24 hours for the courier to arrange.
Well, do hope the courier turn up on time....

Yup, not my first time.
Previously, they sent the replacement out the next day after I requested for an exchange and the courier came to pick up as scheduled. So in between the return progress, I am about 1 day without the iPad on hand.
Day 1 - Request replacement. Day 2 - Replacement unit sent out. Day 3 - Courier picked up return unit. Day 4 - Replacement unit delivered to me.

However this time, they insist that the iPad must be returned and received by them before a replacement unit can be delivered to me.
Sigh
