Yup, not my first time.
Previously, they sent the replacement out the next day after I requested for an exchange and the courier came to pick up as scheduled. So in between the return progress, I am about 1 day without the iPad on hand.
Day 1 - Request replacement. Day 2 - Replacement unit sent out. Day 3 - Courier picked up return unit. Day 4 - Replacement unit delivered to me.

However this time, they insist that the iPad must be returned and received by them before a replacement unit can be delivered to me.
Sigh 

just went to test the feel of this air2, and they put side by side air 1 and 2, what i can said for this air 2

super duper thin and light

touch feel better than air 1

other than that especially on colour and performance not much different

think to buy it on next month red friday

Navigate to Settings > iCloud. Make sure you're properly signed in. Then tap Photos. It should be the first thing on there, "iCloud Photo Library (Beta)". Try signing out and in again if its not.

2011 Chinese new year -> 3 Feb 2011 Thursday -> Red Friday on 14 Jan 2011 (Last 3 Friday)
2012 Chinese new year -> 23 Jan 2012 Monday - > Red Friday on 06 Jan 2012 (Last 3 Friday)
2013 Chinese new year -> 10 Feb 2013 Sunday - > Red Friday on 25 Jan 2013 (Last 3 Friday)

Base on my last year prediction, this year Red Friday will be:

2015 Chinese new year -> 19 Feb 2015 -> Red Friday on 01 Feb 2015 (Last 3 Friday)

i wish too..but dont feel secure of the ipad deliver from apple store..scare got scratches like the owner here, and not sure is it the newest batch production 

last month i ordered 1 iphone 6 and 1 ipad air 2 so far no prob...
