Bro bear my DJI counters up more than the drop last wk. means I earn more. U said sure drop gao gao. But terbalik. How come u predicted wrongly??? Lucky I din sell but added more. U lousy felo.

didnt I post the prop wall link , the calculator does the work for you , zeti increase OPR further will deter buyers from buying, but not a good news for those dudes who are holding, 25 points increase for a 500k loans converts to rm200 extra installments monthly from loans only..

i was merely posting an example.. of connaught avenue...

so, assuming on the false salary,

mahkota residence qualify
suria residence qualify
almerin mall & residence qualify
one south @ hua yang qualify

goodview heights maybe too heavy

I never speech different wor.. All this while I just look at those property price at below RM350k.. Price already this low more likely for it to go up instead of go down, even at turtle speed.. In future want rent out cheap also can cover by top up a bit, no need to jump from 14th floor, many people can afford to rent..

bro.. the main concern as per TS threads was the segments between 400k to 800k, I was anticipating bubbles from these newly vacant prop, older props were of a different lower entry.. these old properties and below 400k hardly catches bubble flue, coz cant flip can rent, optimum rentals are btw 1.5k to 2k

Don't be so harsh, 300k is totally out of consideration for young professional even 500k can't get decent 1000 sq ft apartment. May be Bearbear end up buy studio to maintain quality of life...
