No need to ask banker, the calculation is so simple, repayment of 90% loan from 490k is arround RM2,400, your 4k income deducted EPF, tax etc, then deduct the 2,400 monthly installment, your girlfriend eat what with the balance?? Unless I can promise banker to sponsor your girlfriend, then maybe got chance

first of all i disagree on the salary bracket figure you pointed out.. and I do have other incomes and savings, not to mention next round of salary increment is coming soon

btw, 500k loans , 35 years , 90% margin, monthly is 2.1 k.. plus maintenance 250 2.35k..

I bought early this year Feb, then wait wait wait end of jun only got my key.. My choice of units are all those properties below 350k, don't 1 to burden myself so much.. If not because of my wife, I buy Flora Damansara already, because I need to relocate to northern PJ for daily convenient..

why not 35 years? young & vibrant (my own analogy young).. just picking an example. furthermore, legal fees jimat ..pay stamp duty ..

that is why one can joint isn't? sub sales is doable, new launch should be good.. but not waiting next year enter house di..

oh I see, well good for you, you got a property to live on.. well to be honest, my office lawyers of 6 years practice, simply can get around 7-8 at least not including extra income, husband petronas contract workers, average around 15k to 18k salary monthly..but dunno for how long

but stay in 550sq too, in Malays areas flat bought 100, renovated nicely like new one and stay, and 5 floors walked apartments too.

only bought new launch for 200k less in batu cave believe already vp, now looking for another condo below 400k and close deal..

but the way you speech sounds different,

First of all, you sendiri post your Payslip shown 4k, furthermore, your next round salary increment still not materialize, don't count in 1st, maybe your boss deduct your salary instead of increase due to spend too much time on LYN.

Btw, are you ok with inflated Connaught avenue?? Flipper bought it slightly below 200k during soft launch, are you really ok flipper earn your money?? Somemore this condo full of African students from UCSI, later your gf kena rape how??

hello where i got post my salary slips before? CCRIS u mean? ok lor dun count first.. still to qualify a 500, 400k or 600k will be ok.. as for repayments now the extra income comes to play.. get the formal requirement s ready first.. pass 70% loan DSR first, next you will doubt the DP right? FD slips?
