wow new thing we learn everyday, the demand vs supply now are being one side unilaterally call whatever price they wanted, the other buyers now have to buy whatever price asked by them, like this, jsut see new launch then buy..

green residence still got 2 towers unsold, you wanan grab few? starts 750k to 1 million plus, trust me, you buy at 750k - 1 million, once vp 1 million to 1.3 million, showtime 747 guarantee one, GT208 just behind, they also wanted to increase to 700k to 800k buy both and as many as possible

how much the dead chicken you meant? clerks sapuing the clerk inclusive of the cost of procuring the same like legal fees, loans, the arrears in maintenance and etc not cheap, then be in waiting line like the others to sell? isnt this the same problem suffered by the subsales market? sumore just purchase, RGPT calculation starts and ends longer... sure the clerks are buying or not?

I thought you said Govt will introduce Bulldozer policy in Budget 2015 to Bulldozed the price ?? Where is it ? In fact they increase the 50% Stamp duty discount to 500K...lol

Make sure you don't lose your 8K GF lah or else you rent for life..hehe

why ask me? ask the demands... parklane is consider low already in todays market, if you really keen in finding, 350k sure can find in phase 1..

JOlokia learn new thing from you, property market do not need supply and demand, the supplier will increase whatever price they want , and buyer are left with no choice but to buy..

wondering why still got suppliers/dealers wound up and close shop? supplier call price too high.. it just the same with business isn't, no demands still increase price? new thing we learn but only for property..

They did not increase price whatever they want la, just slightly only ma, don't simply said like OUG parkland RM10mil now also people buy ma.. Transactions down a bit after cooling measure, u said like zero transaction no body buy house nowadays, just got thunder u already see whole Klang Valley in flood ar?

izzit? cooling measures was last year 2013 my friend... choose whatever you wanted to believe, big 4 of law firms handling these sub sales already faced slowdown 3 months ago and counting, business was bad..

btw how was the example I shown this morning? works just fine to time investors?

btw, where have you invested? can share the project with US?

Finally you learned something today, not everything follow rule in books, many high income earner are not in statistics.

You see 2nd Milk, GRO, Mummy, Pimps, Smugglers, Drug Dealers, Underground Gambling Joint Owner, Conman, Ah Long, Corrupter, inside statistics or not ? these people are loaded with cash & wealthy, they can make 10 accounts to show income how ever they like to buy properties, they don't care if house vacant collecting spider webs.

So your theory again Old man, Auntie, Pasar lou, Hawkers, Pasar Malam stall, Mamak stall, Kopitiam, DVD shop owner all cannot buy properties is it ? their income also not in statistics mah..

You can hug your average Malaysian income to sleep tonight, but out they in reality world it doesn't apply...
