No No No ! That's against Bear2 SOP already, he can't accept that, please follow Bear2 when developers sell house.

People sell house high price is flipping, not added value just greedy piggs waiting to earn, but his PAMA land free from ah kong is not.
People increase rental is greedy & evil, but he himself flip the rent to earn money, somemore from relative is not.
People house vacant is waiting for bankrupt but his PAMA Sri Kembangan New Village empty land doing nothing is not.
