Maybe he a bit Okok quite kwa cheung, but in a way Developer business in Malai is really very profitable one, can collect moonee before even see 1 brick or 1 tiang, that why so many other business also abandoned & start to join in developer band wagon, Parking operators SCP, Plastic Mfg Mah Seng, Under Garments Mfg Caelgirl, Used Car Dealer Meng Heng, & many more, what ever rubbish been build also can be sold, like Ah Tu Ah Gao company also can become developer.

As I said many times 95% properties in KV, JB, Png is bought by Chinese, so use Chinese income don't use average income of general Malaysian, our Gini index are among the highest in the world, meaning our wealth distribution is very uneven among the society at large, aka small number is earning great many time of average,.

Most of those "students" studies & journalist are base on Western world theories on economy, I am not saying is inaccurate, but these only accurate base on Western country where their income is well equally distribute among all groups, low Gini Index, but not country like us where Gini index is worst than China, India, Thailand, Indonesia, even Singapore, don't even mention US, Europe.

Do you know we are among the country with high number of Millionaire thanks to Properties price surge in last few years, I am sure you are not among them or else you wouldn't grumble here..lol

There is no worries over Properties cannot be sold as population getting more & more thua the high income group getting more & more, just that poor fags who only know to sit down grumbling but do nothing to increase one income but wait for rich to get burst also expect getting more & more ...kakaka

Downgrade is the key words, if you can't afford a higher price unit downgrade to smaller cheaper unit, which is also our advice to Bear2, if cannot afford 729K Goodview, downgrade to 600K Green Terrain, if still cannot afford downgrade to 400K OUG Parklane or Parc One South, still cannot Suria Residence 350K, if still wanna wait for Burst I worry need to go line up for PR1MA or PPR Flat... kekeke

I told u already mah, when I meet up my Banker recently, the loan officer had to go thru few big stacks of LO to find my, meaning a lot of loan application get approved loh, that is only 1 branch 1 loan officer table, so who says people cannot afford ?

I also tell you the wonderful world of dark side money & undeclared income among our country right ? these large pools of people also not recorded in what ever amateur statistics report.

I think after many round to SHL showroom still never booked Goodview Height, GF dump him liao ! now with his 4.5K salary cannot afford all those property he mentioned liao, now he target 200+tokens shoebox size in Malai Kampong area, previously he says don't want to live in non Chinese majority area mah, this round slap on own face already loh, this project typical surrounded by by Malai kampung & quite deep inside, expect lots of Negro & Arab students from UIA live there.

Maybe good for Bear2 also at least he will learn how to live in harmony among various race & truly Muhibbah, his BM maybe can improved too rclxms.gif
