Poor thing PR1MA in KV expected around 300-400K & even those join venture between Govt & Private projects is like 270K but require high deposit, so basically you cannot afford anything lah.

Ice Cream shop assistant salary so teruk meh ? Donno you can try applying low cost house or not, aiyoh you sell of 2 house for 300K each now can't even buy back 250K ah ?

If the property dropped 50% to RM250k, and you are so happy and bought it at RM250k.

Then the property drop price further to RM150k.
