Ya what. Investment we go by % instead of absolute amount
When I invested in a condo in mid 2000, it was RM200k. Now about RM500k. Increase 150%. Absolute amount profit RM300k. 10 years "only" RM300k ! But I am happy with >10% pa (straight divide by 10)
By your logic, if I invest RM10m and get RM300k in 3 years, will you say it is a lot ? But yearly only 1%. I am not happy
That's why I say property will be more and more expensive in the future. Don't time the market
