No No No ! That's against Bear2 SOP already, he can't accept that, please follow Bear2 when developers sell house.

1.) All unit cannot more expensive than other property in same area.
2.) Developer must set rule which specific income group can buy, rich people not allow to buy many unit.
3.) All unit must be fully sold by 1st week of launching.
4.) All unit must be occupied upon 1st month of VP, even you want to renovate you must stay inside smell the dust & paint.
5.) If you to keep for rent then die2 ah tu ah kao also must rent out, if cannot rent out let hobo stay for free, most important must be 100% occupied.
6.) Appreciation must not exceed 5% per annum, better only increase 10K per year.
7.) Remember to come lyn sharea your failed investment story..
