Boss..... SG slowing pace mostly are from the private condo or private prop sector..... And the slowing down is well expected from most ppl due to the effective cooling measures from gov......

Now is only on the question of when does the Gov thinks its enough.....When will they start loosening it again..... Demand is still high in SG......

And location of prop is also in play...... There are places where supply of HDB sub sale is so low where ppl still pay high COV now..... (eg Bishan)..... Places with good Pri school will also be in long term demand.... As where u stay plays a part in Pri sch enlistment......

And when in the peak.... COV can reach 60k-80k easily.....
