Last week i told you my 4 tenants terminated my rental, this week another 2. Market really very bad liao. Now i am in trouble. No tenant how to service bank loans ? I think i have to force sell my condo liao.

To make things worse, my new apt going to VP soon. This market how to find tenant ? At least 1 year going to vacant and my cost to service bank installment keep piling up. Flip also no profit liao. Banks nowadays dont lend out money easily so very difficult to find buyer. The Goodview i bought going to VP next year i sell you RM680k ok boh ? Pls help me. I cannot let my in law see me in trouble. If i kena repo by you, my wife will follow other man run

Actually Property price will drop to lowest record, on 3Q 2015, then by 1st January 2016 it will shoot up 50% every year. 

But this only in area like MC, Sg Long, Kajang, OKR, Cheras South Area only. 

Those property in the area we bought no increase one.. 

Jliew Midfields No hope, Tigerr SD in Kota Kemuning No hope, Zuiko Bangalow in Tropicana No hope, My DBKL Flat no hope..
