Ahahahaha, ground floor units will throw us rotten eggs.. Probably do it at Block C is more appropriate?..after all it's 'Active Park'
*
Usually these type of big window frames are place strategically in a park to capture the view of the surrounding landscape...the view have to be amazing...otherwise no point having it there...next time when you are there with the camera, try to stand in front of the frame and take a snap and let us see the view of what the frame capture...ok..

here are two examples of big window frames placed in parks....

Mave...you want outdoor home theater place at Block C..Active Park...you must ask Hello kor first...haha

This one is for garden weddings ?? Hehe. Those plan for wedding can consider wotp garden wedding concept. Attended once in seri carcosa, nice concept and environment, but cost around 20k for the event. Wotp u can do it for free hehe 😀😀
*
Is a brilliant idea....rent the frame and the lawn for wedding receptions...JMB can make extra income...who doesn't like to make extra money? nothing comes free nowadays....Seri Carcosa 20k...WOTP maybe 10k...no fancy cakes and pastries like what you get from Seri Carcosa, but we can throw in the "ka lui peng", "migu" and "ang ku kueh" in the package.....whiskey/cognac?... sorry lar...bring your own... vmad.gif
hehe..

OMG! I didn't know that there is such a huge quarry operator in Batu 10 Cheras....

Luckily WOTP is not near this quarry....the building I circled...is it WOTP?

It will be nice, if in future, they can turn this place into something like Sunway Lagoon...

Aber kor, I don't think that is Wotp. See the height also can tell. Wotp 3 blk 33f 17f 15f.. That 3 blocks macam just 5 -7fr different only
*
You are right Hello kor...you must excuse my poor eyesights..from far all buildings look almost the same to me..it must be the buildings further down the track covered by haze..I remember seeing WOTP from the highway driving back to KL.
I believe there are alot of people just can't wait for the MRT to complete to escape the famous Cheras crawl...just imagine if you are a resident in WOTP and work in KLCC, you probably can have an extra hour of sleep before you prepare yourself to work...wake up at 7.45am..if not having breakfast..at 8am, take the shuttle bus at 8.15am, reach the BTHO station at 8.30am, and reach KLCC at 9am..gnam gnam ho to start office work....

Got Billed for "internal and external finishes of the said parcel including wall finishes". Now just 3 more milestones remaining before VP. All those are related to common facilities, - sewerage, drains and roads. Still hopeful of Vp by November
*
It certainly look like the project flow very smoothly...."the internal, external and wall finishes" is also billed to Block B....I think all the 3 blocks will be VP at the same time. rclxms.gif

Aberdeen, just being curious. How did you know I was talking about Block A in my post.
*
Ageetkumar...I did not know which block you were refering to...now I know. I was told the same progress billings were also sent to Block B....it looks like SDB progress billings is in high speed mode now....possibility of VP in Nov is 50:50

Yes, taking MRT to work is ideal for those who doesn't need to go out meet client. If not, troublesome too. Also depends on the price for unlimited monthly ride. Can have extra hour to sleep.
*
I would rather not stuck in these monster traffic jams if I have the option of taking the MRT to my intended destination...

Attached Image Attached Image

I am more than willing to pay the price of the MRT rides for less stress and the extra hour of sleep...haha

and you are willing to pay any price if you are caught in this situation... icon_question.gif

Aberdeen kor, you sure the trip from BTHO to KLCC only 30 minutes? I'm thinking it'll be 30 minutes until Bukit Bintang and then another 20 minutes to Pavilion and then to KLCC via the sky bridge on foot...
*
haha...my calculation may be too optimistic...I presumed it takes 20mins from BTHO to BB...then a 10mins walk to KLCC...the 10mins walk using the pedestrian bridge from Pavillion to KLCC is possible...I had done it before...just gotta walk fast like how the Hong Kong people do....you can always take a leisurely stroll when you reach home...there are 3 parks waiting for you to enjoy at your own leisurely pace....

Anyway, if it doesn't work out ....just wake up 20mins earlier lor...

found out from SDB today the mock up units would be ready in Sept-Oct at Block B.
*
This is definitely good news...that means SDB will have to ensure everythings are properly done according to their promises, a luxury condominium, in order for them to sell. Any potential customers who walk in to enquire on the remaining units, which are all large units, and prices above a million, can actually see, touch and feel the place...nothing are fakes anymore, they don't have to rely on pictures on brochures or models...they can see real trees, pool, gym, green lawn, undulating landscape, sculptures and so on....even myself is eager to see the mock unit and the parks.

Haha....look at those coconut trees , plenty of them. Good place to do Bollywood shooting anyone ?? 😀😀
*
Ya...looks like there are alot of coconut trees around...just wonder how long it takes for these coconut trees to mature...there will be lots of nuts to pluck...you can expect a crop of 20 to 30 coconuts per year per tree once these trees mature...it won't be dangerous to climb these coconut trees...I guess?

Teak is water proof? Normally I heard timber deck best to use balau.
*

Teak decking is considered as the best hardwood decking material for outdoor projects....teak is called king of the timber for a reason...it has superior weathering resistance....No.1 for outdoor use...but very expensive leh..

Yes , teak is very expensive. The best one would be Burmese teak that the age beyond 100 years old tree. Those from Indon is mainly young tree with less density and less visible grain.
Wondering Malaysia produce teak?
*
Teak...you can certainly get it from Sabah...

We salute you, Calvin, for being able to get into WOTP site and shot so many nice photos and shared with us here....some of us must be wondering where you got the licence to shoot...you must be the Cheras 007 hmm.gif

In this pic...I can see the road outside WOTP is tarred and street lamps installed...am I seeing it right or just my imagination? This new road is going to be linked up with the Silk highway?
