Very macam using drone to take picture.

The lake beside blk b sibeh huge. The Size can match lake valley 1.

If you guys notice, they are building a red brick wall from the guard house to Block C, basically covering the sewage area.

Block b park got big cement slab on floor... Untuk apa punya? To preserve rain water?

Aiya..Stp macam they use brick wall to fence it. Hopefully inside outside also plant more trees.

Hope the STP is look nice

The concrete slab is actually very deep. Initially we though it was for sewerage storage but now that you mention, it may be for rain water for the park.

What does STP stand for by the way? Google has no result. Lol.

That concrete slab at block B quiet park is actually underground on site detention tank.
STP - Sewerage Treatment Plant. As for WOTP, they are using most expensive type which is buried underground called MTP - Mechanical Treatment Plant.
As share earlier , the basketball court is approved to build but not on top of STP. It will be at the exsting showroom there.

Why ler? But I like. Ini hard wood. N It at least follow the show unit flooring. Better than nowadays manyak high end condo only use laminated flooring ler. Saw Those laminated flooring punya edging/skirting part... potong stim Liao.
