QUOTE(HELLO HELLO @ Jul 12 2015, 05:00 PM) Boarding up the site does not necessary mean construction is going to start, it could be for security reason like preventing unauthorised access, it could be dangerous as there is a pond ...any unfortunate incident the owner could be held responsible...for example an over enthusiastic photograper taking photos of WOTP from their site. From this angle can have better view of WOTP...oops got quicksand.. |

QUOTE(enriquelee @ Jul 13 2015, 04:36 PM) Well, can easily find out...if they can be lifted up like what this man did, then they are fakes! But I doubt they are artificial stones, which are usually make of styrofoam, SDB can go order these type of stones from styrofoamcutter in Jinjang...no need go so far to Singapore and ask Colin Okashimo to do them...haha hope I am right! Guess we have to wait for someone to go to WOTP to lift those stone benches and come back to confirm real or fakes...any volunteers...Hello kor? Calvin kor? |

QUOTE(calvin989898 @ Jul 13 2015, 06:07 PM) It's heavy and real stones la. They use heavy duty crane to lift them. There are more scruptures in Wotp. But I find that this is the best and meaningful. All 3 blocks cluster together as an art hehe With heavy duty crane to lift those stones benches...Calvin, you have clear all doubts that they are fakes. WOTP's owners can breath easy now...thanks to Calvin. |

QUOTE(HELLO HELLO @ Jul 13 2015, 08:23 PM) Wow...very nice gym in Fivestones. WOTP's gym will be as good or better, period!...no hopefully. I think the MD of SdB had mentioned before that WOTP gym is unique, with walls made of glass with clear views of the park, two sections...lower section is an aerobic room. |

I was told that one of the projects that is managed by the renowned civil and structural engineering specialist, Web Structures, is WOTP.
Let us look at one of their job in Singapore, the Ardmore Residence, which was voted one of the top 10 skyscrapers in the world in 2014. http://youtu.be/hLLhUs0vZTA |

After listening to the MD of Web Structures in this interview, it gives me great satisfaction that they are involved in the building of the WOTP structure.

QUOTE(HELLO HELLO @ Jul 16 2015, 07:21 PM) Wow...like that the early birds fatt-tatt lor...can laugh all the way to the bank. Don't know whether is true or not, I was told the project was sold out within 3 days after it was launched. I still remember, there was one Amaya buyer in the forum was hit left, right and center by some doomsayers for being an idiot to buy at such high price and at such a place that have no class, dirty, load of foreign workers, lots of small factory shacks...hahaha see who is laughing now.Hope Cheras South will move fast enough to attain the same price appreciation as Cheras North. |

QUOTE(HELLO HELLO @ Jul 17 2015, 12:30 AM) ya. stp is underground. believe those expose structure are meant to service and maintenance use. Red brick wall when filled with creepers will looks wonderful...eventually red turned to green..it enhances the look of the Grand Entrance...the high red brick fence with pattern..i don't think will paint in color and will leave it as it is. macam lone pine expose red brick at the side of the entrance.... hopefully wotp 1 looks good lar.... i think manyak popping bricks pattern at the top part are for crawling/hanging plant to hang down nicely. |

QUOTE(crystal_kit85 @ Jul 19 2015, 04:16 PM) Anyone manage to check out block C punya park. So far the pictures of the nice pokoks are from block b. No worries...all the pokok-pokok are just as nice..the whole WOTP is a green enclave...is one vast parkland with 3 distinct areas..."active", "clubhouse" and "quiet", just to make it more interesting for the residents. I was told SDB is putting about rm8 million to create this wonderful park...the park is central to the development of WOTP...definitely a pleasant place for the residents to enjoy! |
