Boarding up the site does not necessary mean construction is going to start, it could be for security reason like preventing unauthorised access, it could be dangerous as there is a pond ...any unfortunate incident the owner could be held responsible...for example an over enthusiastic photograper taking photos of WOTP from their site.

Wow...very nice gym in Fivestones. WOTP's gym will be as good or better, period!...no hopefully.
I think the MD of SdB had mentioned before that WOTP gym is unique, with walls made of glass with clear views of the park, two sections...lower section is an aerobic room.

Wow...like that the early birds fatt-tatt lor...can laugh all the way to the bank. Don't know whether is true or not, I was told the project was sold out within 3 days after it was launched. I still remember, there was one Amaya buyer in the forum was hit left, right and center by some doomsayers for being an idiot to buy at such high price and at such a place that have no class, dirty, load of foreign workers, lots of small factory shacks...hahaha see who is laughing now.
Hope Cheras South will move fast enough to attain the same price appreciation as Cheras North.

A tree lined driveway, WOTP! Making it a completely enjoyable drive from Main Entrance leading into the porch of your building block...wonderful!

No worries...all the pokok-pokok are just as nice..the whole WOTP is a green enclave...is one vast parkland with 3 distinct areas..."active", "clubhouse" and "quiet", just to make it more interesting for the residents. I was told SDB is putting about rm8 million to create this wonderful park...the park is central to the development of WOTP...definitely a pleasant place for the residents to enjoy!
