huh.. block C drop off unit?
during early launching...
- not so good facing unit about 590K+- before discount. 500K+- after discount.
- good facing unit can hit up to 650K+ before discount. 590K+- after discount.

all just rough figure. no include different low/high floor price. every floor add 2k.

my friends low floor 3rd lvl face north(face middle cost apartment) also close to garden park's fountain.
bought during 2012 already rm600+k before discount.

think price raise very sikit and just take away dibs + reduce the discount to 5% only.

ya see my previous post. 5xxk for block C low floor soso view unit.

the unit 600+K before discount bought by friend. consider 1 of the few special units among all 916sf units.
its the low 3rd floor unit. view quite nice (garden view) and very near the water fountain.
i shocked also when i heard the price during 2012. not even high floor.

My unit floor higher than 3rd floor and able to see a bit kid's swimming pool... Still not too bad view... At least not facing the apartment...

My opinion , Actually wotp with greenery concept , unit the lower is better

Block c with 1 car park lot only, 600k+ before discount, expensive@@@
