Heard the mockup unit is in Block B...furnised or just bare unit for show? If bare...then is easier for people to take measurement before they buy furnitures and any home products to furnish their new home.

A check list for you of the measurement tools to bring when you go to see the mockup...

The final report from the Edge on Cheras South...all the reports seem to be on the mid- range non-landed prop...these prop seem doing very well.
Venice Hill considered in South Cheras? Is it any taman south of Taman Connaught is considered Cheras South?

I think they won it fair and square...they cannot compete with the high end lah, which was won by Vogue Suites KL Eco City, the Best Luxury Condo Development...which sell above rm1000 psf....

Looking at the site plan of WOTP...seem that there are still alot of landscaping to do, what we have seen so far were mostly in the vicinity of the clubhouse park, there are still the big quiet park and the perimeter around the 9 acres of land that need to be landscaped.....plan shows lots of trees and shrubs to be planted along the perimeter or the fence line....will be very busy for the landscapers this coming months...one thing for sure, once all the landscapes are done, the look of the greenery would definitely add the wow factor to WOTP...
