Total cost of renovation in this show unit is about 70k.

Wonder 70k Reno fees at the level 1 is how many sf house?

Wow nowadays the Reno fees is damn sky high ,70k is too expansive for me also ,almost need fork out 100k if include furniture those things together,really no money for Reno and I'd .help out my friend to ask only here. cry.gif

All of you here, in future if have house, will you guys plan do have interior design or renovation or not ?

Or just buy furnitures and electricsware to put in the house then done already ?


What's you guys plan take around or not more than how much for the housemwhen move in ?

For me maximum I only manage can take out 15k for the house if complete ,let say in future I have any house .
For my friends is spending almost 100k for the new house

Nope, i am poor and i just rent from a friend. sad.gif Heard that this unit's owner renting to this reno company as a show room, so that the owner can save the reno fees. Renting time is about one year. This ground floor unit looks bigger due to the ceiling is a bit higher than other upper units. Some ground floor units are come with "wading pool access" from thier own balcony. Nice thumbup.gif

YES INDEED..

mine budget less than rm20k for 1000sqft.

Which i include kitchen cab and wardrobe.

if possible can include grill + tv cab.

I also want to rent out to them..in return they reno mine hse be their show gallery.

Off course you have to monitor closely...every weekend pay them a visit. It is worth to rent out for them as show gallery although owner still need putih putih bayar repayment to bank.

They spent you a renovation cost RM70k, lets say your housing loan + maintenance fees are approximately RM3,000 (12 months = RM36k to exchange a 70K renovation.) am i right hmm.gif hmm.gif

Someone have visit z residence recently and found the management getting worse. visitor enter without register, owner drying shirts over balcony, agent placing banner.. it will hurt the value

Hope in future , cloud tree didn't happen thise cases,especially don't hang out the cloths for drying in balcony there

Really eyesore lar

of course..i work part time marketing for them...

maybe cheap labor to do renovation for them.

if they can trust.
