Have you try with another media play and see if the same thing happens?
If not, clear the cache of your google play and try again, sometime it might just some cache error.
Well just my suggestion, you can ignore if you dont feel like to follow.

Haha.. I been using this trick since 33R and its doing good to me. I think CM team cant do much to Google Play bugs since its from Google but great that there's a solution for it. I don't really tweak much for my device since OPO itself is so closed to vanilla droid and I'm super satisfied with it. Plus CM always have frequent update, better dont mod much la leceh once got update.

Actually this is a well-known method, disables gps receivers/services instead of full greenify it. Done this long ago on my device, just that certain services/receivers I can't disable them and they cause wakelocks, but I've handled them.

i order a new unit, send to CWG, and i knew my coll go to US, so i send from CWG to my coll hotel (29USD[2 days shipment], actually only USD12[5 days shipment], but i want it fast, so i paid CWG USD29), and she helped me bring back (no SIRIM charge)

It really depends on wakelocks. Even if you did not change anything, if you don't have wakelocks, your battery will be good as well. They disable those not necessary to them cause some of the services will wake the phone and keep it awake for a certain period then it goes back to sleep.

this happened to me before, but not to all my songs.. i had no idea what to do but i deleted the old file and downloaded new ones.. fortunately it fixed

if u were to use a tool, eg OneToolKit, u flash stock cm, u'll get 25r.. been there, done that..

Well actually you can download the latest 33R image and flash using the tools too. Just need to manually browse and select image file that you've downloaded.

But the downside is, it will CLEAR everything include the storage upon flashing. So gotta do at own risk.

Depend on what you want. If you got use and utilize the S Pen stuffs/features and useful for you then Note 3 or you want bigger screen. Else 1+1.
