have u tried "adb driver"?.. that command is to show that ur phone is conected..
and when u connect ur phone, what sounds it makes?.. does it sound like something is connected?

type: fastboot oem device-info

and tell us the lines produced.

after type dab driver, the command runs very long, i got see android debug version 1.0.31

Finally could resist myself from playing heavy game(still abit of R3 and injustice)
Only tweaks ringan ringan coz im still new. Thanks to all sifus btw

is it long?.. weird.. try type "adb reboot bootloader".. if ur phone can go into fastboot mode, then u are good to go..
try what haters and xxdesire suggested

booloader device tamper : true
bootloader device unlocked : true
charger screen enabled: false

He don't need to do adb commands at all since he can't boot into his phone. Better to straight go into bootloader/fastboot mode and do "fastboot devices" or "fastboot flash ......."

why bootloader locked n unlocked wat difference? have i unlocked some hidden powers?

iinm, TWRP only can be installed if bootloader is unlocked.. cmiiw

you are on 38R, and not on 22 or 25.

you need the boodloader to be unlocked, if not, no flashing via fastboot can be done. and the remedy your phone needs, needs twrp to be installed via fastboot.

if the bootloader is locked, once you unlock it, everything in the phone gets wiped, and you made it clear, you want your data back

i feel like sad puppy now but yeah thnk god for the unlocked bootloader
