ok im joking, just install the proper ADB into your pc 1st

its not stuck, its waiting for your to give the fastboot commands from your pc

i donwan to dabble with all the customrom n root in the first place is to avoid this kind of complication. but even as a stock user plug n play also can have this problem, i really disappointed. i use this phone for business/work...the files in them r important ...even the really bad samsung didnt have this probelm

edit: now im searching back ur full guide for install the adb...still stuck inthe fastboot cynogen head guy screen, how to out? i scared LCD burnout...==

yes, it will stuck forever until ur phone runs out of juice..
1) install adb driver first
2) after ur phone in fastboot mode, connect ur phone to the computer..
3) in command prompt, type "adb driver" (shift+right click from the folder of the driver u installed), it should state some series of number something

need to know whether your bootloader is locked or unlocked 1st.

install the android SDK 1st, before any solution can be provided.

i didnt recommend to do the factory reset in the recovery mode, because you stated you wanted all your data back. factory reset will wipe data that resides in device, but will not wipe anything in the internal storage.

since i dont know what kind of data is already stored in your phone. i dont recommend factory reset

press and hold power button until screen goes off

dont worry bro.. if u manage to detect ur phone with ur computer, everything will be fine.. now, u need to make sure u can detect ur phone first by installing adb driver

What is CM lockscreen keep resetting? Or your lockscreen fc/crash? Or is it bootloop?

As long as you don't touch wipe data/factory reset should be good. Also don't flash userdata.img

btw, you can download adb drivers here as well.

in 38R, CMLockscreen FC is quite common.

but my device, i will get it only when i apply franco kernel new revision, then i will get it. wiping dalvik and cache would resolve it
