u never enabled usb debugging?

endless reseting itself...ya i think is called bootloop...
when restarted...got prompt window, saying cm lockscreen, option: report or ok...after that within 5sec, restart again...this goes on endlessly

nothing special happening lastnite or today...didnt install or setting anything new too lastnite...just normal use phone then the whole phone jammed...then this happen. I did use custom lockscreen for 1 week d

one is ADB
the other is the driver for your PC to recognize your phone. u need both

seeing that im as a normal user, i didnt have to enabled usb debugging in the first place. then this damn thing happen

You can just do fastboot command at bl. No need enable anything.

i had that issue also when I tried changing the wallpaper... are you on franco kernel?

fixed it with

make_ext4fs /dev/block/mmcblk0p15

now I dont dare to change wallpaper..

I do this in the command prompt but nthg happen, not recognize - adb drivers :
"3) in command prompt, type "adb driver" (shift+right click from the folder of the driver u installed), it should state some series of number something"

Don't do adb.
wayfeel bootloop usually cause by kernel panic. So try reflash the stock boot.img

1. Download stock boot here (if you're on 38R, dl the 38R)
2. Put your phone on fastboot mode. Connect to pc.
3. Open cmd in the folder where you installed the drivers, make sure that you're connected by typing:

if your cmd got list your device, then you can proceed.
4. At cmd type:

the porblem is idk wheretf UniversalAdbDriverSetup installed to...im looking for the folder

Lel, chill. Try dl the one I posted. Extract it to anywhere. SHIFT + Right-click > open cmd.
type the fastboot commands.

if it says not recognized, its because ur computer doesnt detect ur phone..

give him all the links for the usb drivers
