Yeah. Just now watch JL's youtube clip demonstrating his customer install paddle shifter from him...

Looks like we need to compile a CX5 unlockable features list. Put it into first post ,so that any CX5 owners can refer that..

Shall we contact mod to get us into V2?

Me same thoughts with you.

I always check here and FB CX5 clubs for those who get their cars and when they book theirs, so i do analysis to forecast when is my car will be delivered.  cool2.gif

But that is like kena poison already, so that i can find 'peace'.. biggrin.gif

Anyway not just us, I think everyone also affected.
Yesterday we went to Honda to book my sister a new HRV RS. The SA showed us the list of his customer that is like 15 of them...Car delivery status : Unknown.

If they allow & open the flood gates, no more waiting brows.gif brows.gif brows.gif

Anyone here done coating?
am considering either GGuard, or Ceramic Pro.
both around MYR3500 for their mid range package.

at the sametime- most likely will wrap the bonnet too - due to paint chip out. mine is around 3000km, with 2 outstation trip.
Already see like 2 small chips appears.

total coating with wrapping of bonnet, side mirror, headlight and door handle will cost around 5k.
*
Total cost to resprary the car after say 5 years could be around 3K or less depending on color type. Coating does NOT protect against stone chips, etc. Just keeps original paint more shiny for longer. I DIY myself.. Took a couple hours over 2 weekends to wash, claybar, dry, apply sealant, allow days to cure, wash again and apply hard wax over it.. Tossed Rain-X on all glasses including side mirrors.. Used a cleaner and conditioner/protectant on almost all interior parts, boot included..Now can wash and dry like normal and it's hydrophobic & shiny.. Easy to wipe off bird shit, bugs etc when out an about.. Satisfied cuz so much highway driving and zero chips. Will redo again in 6 months.. Total cost? RM200 + elbow grease. But I agree, not for everyone. I didn't think I could, but glad I did. smile.gif

I changed mine once a year or 20k km - whichever comes first. In this case since I don't drive much so usually it's once a year.

Up to personal preference. When you change the ATF, you can have a look at the color of the oil. If it's dark, that means you should change it earlier. Gear oil is not that expensive IMO so I don't want to risk it. Maybe I am just paranoid or I am just used to the gear oil change schedule from Perodua sweat.gif
