Same with me too, booked at the end of May and got it 2nd week of June.

I believed you're getting the ready stock car right ? becoz same as me when I placed my booking on end of May, the SA did told that they have ready stock unit available for these 3 colors (Soul Red, Arctic White, Sonic Silver) at their office currently, so no need to wait as you were guaranteed the car and get it before the SST, if you choose either one of the color of the three of course.

Got my car two days ago.. 2.2D FWD.
Felt sorry for voncrane, do stay strong and request for brand new 2018 car if you still like it. else just get full refund and compensation for all the shit you have gone through.
I purposely go down and snap a pic for this.

Anyway, you can find your VIN at driver side, underneath the carpet (see pic), not sure if same for all variants.
Then verify at https://vindecoder.eu/, as posted 2018 should be J.

I've already checked and validated mine. I believe mine is ready stock as I was told it was the last unit there. Not sure what is the manufacturing month but manufacturing year/model year is 2018.

Yea I heard blue was out of stock that time. Left Soul Red, Arctic White, Sonic Silver.

Ohhhhh! The VIN is hidden underneath the carpet!! No wonder I couldn't find it. Everyone was saying it was at the driver's side pillar there but all I found is the tyre pressure sticker

By right, under the tyre pressure sticker on the driver's door side also have the metal sheet with VIN ID, model no, trans type, paint ID, among others

Surprisingly mine does not have anything like that. It's just tyre pressure information. Mine is 2.0 GLS variant though

Not sure if it's just me or all petrol variant don't have that

Victor Crane Yes we did check the chassis number of the car and the production date is on 29 Nov 2017. The Ex-Ok (Out of Factory) date is on 1st Jan 2018. The car is manufactured at Kulim Kedah.

Good for you then if your car chassis number is "J", becoz mine one chassis number character clearly stated "H" there.

Same dealer branch but maybe difference SA, I guess your SA was honest and a good person compared of mine.
Gonna check and verify with them for detail on this matter.
