There are more than 10 show houses in Setia Ecohill now, but mostly are old model which sold out. Tralas on the other hand I think show unit is available.

From SEH to Cheras Sentral normally only takes 20 - 25 minutes. From Cheras sentral to bukit bintang normally needs another 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic.
