I know these SemiD is in Tasik Kesuma phase 4, behind the Ferona units by Gallery homes..

I presume there are only about 20 SemiD for this project, not saying GnG, even FnG also don't have, sharing the same small road entrace with Tasik Kesuma phase 4 houses, no landscape, no amenities, no park, no garden, no direct connecting road, actually nothing there..

Although I believe these SemiD do have their own market, but please don't compare it with those in EM / SEH..  Nothing can be justified for similar comparison, two different level projects nia...

Lol, from Mahkota hills to Lekas Semenyih entrance using current road need around 30 minutes.. From Lekas Semenyih Entrance 30 minutes already can reach Mid Valley under normal traffic kawan..

By the way, half of the mahkota hill already in the mukim Lenggeng, Negeri Sembilan lah kawan...

I show many times from Semenyih Lekas exit to Mid Valley about 30 minutes under normal traffic mah, you nyanyuk already ah? Under normal traffic (non-peak hour) lah, have you ever tried before?

Go back check what's the initial selling price for Semenyih Parklands.... 200 ++ k nia... See, you miss the boat again..   

Semenyih is quite big...which Taman tasik u mean? Taman Tasik Semenyih or Taman Tasik Kesuma? Both located in different location.....quite far away la....
