Thanks for sharing, tannsia!

I am a bit concerned also that more units are available now. I am buying because I have dreams that my kids will be able to have good results and qualify to enter Nottingham U nearby. In case they don't, I will have to sell. Meanwhile tenants are welcome to stay in my brand new house when ready, hehe...

Hehe, thank you thank you, hope my kids appreciate, study smart and can get in!
I heard A Levels AABB also not good enough to get into Nottingham U.
*
My colleague's son is studying there, doing engineering courses. A level AABB should be no problem to enter the university, if I am not mistaken, coz his result just ABBB, 2 years ago..

My friend stay SS2, from Melawati back to SS2 35 minute - 1 hour compare Kajang 1 - 1 hour 30 minute. I faced at least 3 time 3  hour to reach home.

However like to stay Kajang. nod.gif
*
Taman Melawati to SS2 is about 30km, while Melawati to Kajang/Semenyih is about 40km.

From Taman Melawati to PJ SS2 only takes 30 minutes during peak period is really amazing..

Semenyih to bukit bintang is about 30km++, but need to take about 35 minutes to travel even with smooth traffic.

Sam gor, no point talking to BBW lar.

I am a proof of staying in semenyih now. Yes, it may take 1 hr 30 mins sometimes to reach home when super kow jam or flood here and there but mostly the time stuck in jam is in KL itself.

3 weeks ago, i organise a dinner event on Friday night, my friend from bangsar baru took 1.5 hr just to reach Aman Suria PJ whereby it will would have taken 20 minutes on a normal day. He was b****ing non-stop and ask me to stop organising dinner in pj  doh.gif

The contra flow at jalan cheras helps a lot. I tried it once...at 5pm from publika to semenyih (jln kuching-jln cheras-exit at sg long and use lekas). I should have taken a picture. It took me 50 mins by the time i hit the guard house at TE. This may not reflect actual peak hour but the govt office already keluar at 4.30 pm.

One thing i do notice, toll rate expenses had gone up with my move to semenyih but my petrol budget remains the same even though travelling a bit further as compared to my previous place in ampang.

If based on average i would says, 1 hr 10 min++ is pretty reasonable to travel either from kl to semenyih or semenyih to pj during peak.
*
Fan gor... rclxms.gif rclxms.gif We need more Semenyih people to tell us the time of travelling.

Yes, even though I am not staying in Semenyih, but I have working in Semenyih for almost 8 years already. Travel many times here and there, 1 hour plus during peak period for sure. My taling working near Dataran Merdeka, there are numerous time I departed from Semenyih around 430pm. Normally will reach there by 5.05pm.

But BBW will always stick to his biased perception... must measure time from KLCC to Semenyih, coz he thought people only working in KLCC, no other place else.

I used to share the time taken from University Malaya to Semenyih a couple months ago, about 40 minutes as well, that's around 5pm.. As usual, BBW say this is not peak period...

BBW never stay or work in Semenyih, but always can know the time taken to Semenyih instead... 2.5 hours travel one way during peak hour.. doh.gif shakehead.gif

I brought my family there to try once. Didn't like it. Hygiene level is questionable  doh.gif Too many flies on that day that make me feel just want to get out ASAP. There are a few restaurants along the road towards the temple in broga. Haven't tried all.
*
Fan gor, you mean the fish valley in Taman Sri Hanesco? Try there many times, so far doesn't encounter the serioud flies issue... hmm.gif hmm.gif

is that taman sri hanesco ? I went to the one pass thru the broga temple, and then go thru a 1 lane road (better pray no bus come along the road) and finally see a restaurant with a lake on my left.

Quite a no. of bloggers recommend this place but i find the food so so lar. Somehow on that day, the flies swarming around our table make us feel damn uncomfortable.

Oh. fan gor, that's not fish valley.

This is the one: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Fish-Valley-...184541371583212

Fish valley is another one, the ambient and environement is much better, you even can do fishing there.. rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

This one is along the way to nirvana, if from Tiara East, shoul make a right turn in front of the Semenyih mosque..

I think you should bring this question to the SA SEH about this issue.

Will traffic light at exit of Tiara east (or west)?
*
From my perception, there is unlikely to have a traffic light there, just for the sake for the convenience of Tiara south but SEH/EM/SEH 2 residents need to suffer. Overall, the land for thant junction is belong to SEH I presume. It's 2 lanes each bypass and so awkward to have a traffic light there, just for the sake of 200 houses.

Personally I think for the Tiara South resident, they can enter to the housing state directly when back from KL. If want to head to KL, they need to enter the Ecohill link from the other roundabout, which is near to the Ecohill Welcome Center / the new 20 x 70 DSL houses currently.

KLCI today 1000 counters red colour drop like shit... 50 counters gaining only .. good economy coming

So? If tomorrow 1000 counters green color and rising, 50 counters losing only, that's mean "bad" economy coming ah? brows.gif brows.gif

By the way, why you put Bursa stock market info in SEH thread? Got relation meh? shakehead.gif shakehead.gif

Tiara South resident maybe out the junction then make U from roundabout.
*
Precisely, really don't think there will be a traffic light at the juction you point out previously.

A traffic light in this bypass is a disaster for all the residents in bandar rinching later.

Tiara south not even reveal the accessing route into their housing estate. doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif http://www.tiarasouth.com/facilities.html

That's the different between housing estate developer and township developer, township developer always plan accesing route first before building the houses. thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

i remember only 50 counters are profiting while 200 plus untraded, with 900 plus making loss, but it is normal to see up and down in stocks .

wonder if this trend can last for 3 months consecutively... sure many go holland, so far can last within week, in view of budget 2015
*
Lol.. currently the bursa market is up for the moment, so? Share market always volatile one, so you got go holland or not? brows.gif brows.gif

Maybank conventional loan can withdraw online, charge RM25.

Maybank Islamic needs to withdraw over the counter, same charge.
*
Thanks Jen, any limit on the online transaction? For safety purpose, we normally set a limit on the daily withdrawal, right?

Full flexi pay RM 10/month, RM 120 per year, which is about 5 withdrawals per year for semi-flexi. Personally I still prefer more on full flexi.

Taiko, just put in simple points:-

1.there will be charge of RM25 everytime you withdraw excess money
2. Withdraw shall be in multiple of 1 thousands
3. Withdraw can be done via maybank2u
4. Withdraw is immediate effect
5. I was not informed there is any limitation for withdraw(please correct me if I'm wrong)
6. We don't have current account and cheque book which link with the loan account
7. For sure..... I save RM120 a year, hehehe
*
lion gor, normally if withdraw online, it will go to maybank2u saving account, right? So saving account normally have daily online transaction limit, for example by default only 10k per day, unless we inform the bank to adjust it, right? Otherwise we have no choice but need to do the withdrawal over the counter, no? hmm.gif hmm.gif

Lol... number 7 is true if you don't withdraw any of your excess money in whole year, if you have taken out the excess money about 10 times a year, I save RM 125 instead, lol... tongue.gif tongue.gif joking nia...

For full flexi, amount withdraw no need to be in the multiple of 1k as well..

Just for sharing... my full flexi loan with RHB seems a good deal - no admin charges or maintenance fee (with one small exception that current account needs to maintain min average balance of RM1000, else RM10 every half year will be charged), freely withdraw excess funds (can be done through online) from the loan account to the current account with no charges and no restrictions set for each withdrawal.
*
A very good deal indeed.. current account with no maintenance fees. thumbup.gif

KO CIMB full flexi... wish I know this earlier.. doh.gif

Maybe only applicable for loan more than 1mil.... brows.gif brows.gif
